Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed Ability to understand the manufacturing process Coordinate between internal departments to ensure alignment on timely completion of orders; communicate professionally with customers as needed Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment, successfully coordinate and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously Serve as a liaison between external customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction Proactively monitor order shipment dates, production schedules, completion dates, etc.
, Utilize company databases to ensure procedures are followed, provide accurate information, and update documents as necessary QUALIFICATIONS Quickbooks preferred 5 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge and experience in Epicor's Vantage ERP system preferred Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required Must be a self-starter, projecting a positive attitude and be able to effectively function in a fast paced environment Excellent follow-up and problem solving skills Attention to detail is critical for this role Strong communication skills, written and verbal Professional and articulate demeanor Work Location:
